This painting, created in early 2009 as an oil "study" for a larger montage, VIVA SANTA FE, that celebrates more than 400 years of Santa Fe's history, is a more personal and whimsical view of the multi-cultural, high-altitude metropolis. With annual festivals attracting international crowds, there's something wonderful to be experienced here for nearly everyone; resident, and visitor alike.
